Administrators • Multiple bugs with send later

Hello,

There are many problems with "send later":
- if mailboxd is restarted => messages are lost => ZBUG-4422

- if you synchronize the account with ActiveSync on Android => messages are not sent, it remains in the drafts => ZBUG-4541
If you set up an account on Android as an Exchange account and if you program a mail with the “send later” function:
If there is no Activesync synchronization on the Android => Ok, the mail is sent.
But if a synchronization is made on the Android before the scheduled send time => the mail is not sent, it remains in the “Draft” folder

- Messages with accents in drafts were incorrectly encoded with ActiveSync synchronization, so messages with “send later” were also incorrectly encoded. => fixed since 10.1.3

- since version 8.8.15, there's a bug in mailbox.log:
the task is assigned to the wrong account:
INFO [ScheduledTask-X] [name=user@domain;mid=XXXX;ds=CAL-XXX;] mailop - Adding Message: ....
If a previous task is in error, user@domain is the address of the user whose task crashed. Not the name of the user who sent a message with send later.
send later is often used by hacked accounts to send SPAM, and it's hard to trace the hacked account.

With the right to disconnect, many managers want to use the “send later” function.
And with all these bugs, it's very difficult ....
