No you cannot do this.
You can move the mailbox to another server but that's a lot of work just to deal with spam.

I tried with symbolic link but it didn't work. I get deferred mail if I test sending mail to this new mail address.

What I did was creating a new mail address named newuser@DOMAIN.com. and find it's mailbox id with "zmprov getMailboxInfo user@domain.com".

Then I moved the id (38) under different directory outside of store directory. I created symbolic link to this. Then I tried to send mail to this newuser@DOMAIN.com and saw deferred mail in zimbra log.

Can't I do this with symbolic link either?
