Administrators • Messages get stuck on the server and clients don't receive them

We have the Zimbra 8.8.5 installed on Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS. The server has been working great since 3 days ago, but suddenly it stopped delivering emails to the client applications without any changes in its configuration. The clients connect to the server without any issues and can send emails, but they can't receive any messages from the server. All sent/received messages are listed in the Incoming queue, which shows that the server received the messages properly, but when the clients query for new messages, they don't receive any.
We checked it using the Outlook, Thunderbird, and Zimbra Webmail Client.
I checked the log files, but I didn't find any error, alert, exception, or specific message related to this issue.
The MX record check also is ok and there is no issue with it.
I have Reindexed the messages for one account, but it didn't work also.
I have around 300 messages in Incoming queue and their number is increasing, and around 30 items in Active queue which is fixed and hasn't changed in the past 3 days.
