Once LDAP MMR is set, you won’t be able to remove that replication agreement.
To get your LDAP MMR server back to a regular LDAP server where you can add a replica, John Holder before he passed advised me to:
stop Zimbra
ldap start
zmslapcat to get an ldap backup
zmldapinit
zmslapadd to restore the ldap backup
Then you can enable replication and add an ldap replica server.
To be clear, I’ve never done this!
But John was clearly a 10th degree LDAP black belt for sure.
Worth a test perhaps?
