You're absolutely right to reconsider Zimbra, especially given the end of life for CentOS 6 and the unclear future for Zimbra Open Source Edition. If you're more into DIY and microservices, Mailu and Haraka are advanced options but may require more admin overhead.I am considering moving away from Zimbra. I have an old Centos6 server needing retired and it runs Zimbra 8.
I have considered zimbra 9 but it seems they are no longer going to support the open source edition. And the install for zimbra 9 is made for older linux versions.
Has anyone moved away from zimbra and if so where have you moved to? I do not want to go back to squirrel mail lol
