Hi everybody,
I'm barely new to Zimbra and mail systems so forgive my ignorance. I'm currently running Zimbra Collaboration 8.7.1_GA_1670.RHEL7_64_20161025045328 RHEL7_64 FOSS edition on my CentOS 7 server.
First of all: what is this FOSS edition? I read this "FOSS" everywhere but I don't understand what does it mean.

Furthermore, I'm interested into making a new CentOS 8 server (which I already did) with the latest version of Zimbra (FREE). From this page https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Zimbra_Releases I understand that the latest is 10.0.0 GA Release but when I open its link it says that you need a Network Edition license.

So by logic it seems that the latest version is 8.8.15, is that correct?

Moreover if this 8.8.15 is the latest free version I can install, is it known when it will come to EOL? How many years it will be supported? I can't find it written... probably I'm not able to find it, in this case just tell me where is it and I won't bother you anymore on this topic.

Thank in advance,
Bye
The latest available FOSS version is Zimbra 8.8.15, which will reach end-of-life on December 31, 2024. Zimbra 10 and newer require a license and are not available for free.
